Azzam Abdul Rahman is Head of Finance for the NEBA group, responsible for the entire finance function across the international business. He oversees finance operations for seven subsidiaries spanning four regions, holding together the accounting, reporting and controls that keep a complex, multi-jurisdictional group running.

His remit is broad and demanding. It covers audit preparation, accounts and invoicing, revenue and commissions, staff and adviser payments, and the group’s consolidation and reporting into TEAM plc, the parent company listed on the London Stock Exchange, including its bookkeeping. He works with auditors and prepares financial reporting to government and regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions, each with its own requirements. Alongside this, he leads forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling for the group.

It is a heavy and detailed load, carried across borders and currencies, and Azzam manages it with real command.
