Alicia is the Global Operations Manager at NEBA Wealth Management, where she supports the day-to-day running and continued growth of the group’s international business. Having joined NEBA part-time during the COVID period, Alicia has grown alongside the company, taking on increasingly broad responsibilities as the business expanded across markets and jurisdictions.
Her role covers many of the functions that keep a global business moving behind the scenes, from operations, onboarding, compliance coordination, payments and finance, to technology, marketing, and team support. She is particularly known for being the person colleagues turn to when something is missing, unclear, or needs to be built from the ground up. Her approach is practical and hands-on: understand the problem, bring the right people together, and create a process that works.
Over the years, Alicia has helped develop operational frameworks across the group, supported major periods of growth and change, and worked closely with teams in different parts of the world. She has also played a role in strengthening payment operations, adviser onboarding, and cross-border processes.
Based in Jakarta, Alicia works with colleagues across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. She values the international nature of her role and the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. While working remotely can sometimes mean missing the informal office moments and team events, she has built strong relationships through consistency, trust, and staying closely connected to the people she works with.
